Veriu Broadway is a conversion of an existing inner-city warehouse into 64 serviced apartments for a new life-style brand. The brief included the design of a lobby which doubles as a neighbourhood bar and cafe. The main objective was to capture a unique balance between the character of the warehouse and a space that is still functional, warm and inviting. The vintage furniture and sleek joinery details contrast against the exposed concrete columns and wooden beams.
