Veriu Downtown is a high end hotel development that consists of 99 hotel rooms, retail opportunities and a rooftop bar. The site is located within the heart of the CBD and within close proximity of Wynyard Station and along the future light rail network.

 

In working with the narrow site the hotel rooms are arranged in a simple grid, to celebrate each individual patron. A simple palette of materials are proposed to be used in a highly detailed manner to express a timeless aesthetic.
